"I would like to thank Metropolitan Fire Protection for their prompt and quality service this weekend. On Saturday afternoon, my sprinkler pipe broke. As you can imagine, I was dealing with all kinds of water damage issues. I also had to get the pipe fixed, and the water turned on. I spoke to Karen, who was handling the emergency number, and after a great effort, she found a tech to repair. The tech, Shawn, came out within an hour and repaired the pipe. He was courteous (and a nice guy) and efficient. He fixed the problem and turned the water back on. Thanks for all your help. Five Stars for Metropolitan!!!!!"
